L.E.A.D.—Leadership, Education, Awareness, and Discipleship—is the Christian-Education initiative of LifePoint Christian Church. It supports our vision to Lead people to Jesus, Inspire generations, Form disciples, and Enhance culture by equipping individuals with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation needed to grow in faith, influence their communities, and live out the Gospel with purpose and impact..

L.E.A.D

LEAD is more than an umbrella term for four development ministries—it is both a strategy and a mindset for building up leaders and ministers within the LifePoint community. As a leadership track, LEAD provides courses that immerse individuals in theology, practicum, and personal devotion, equipping them for impactful service and opening doors for leadership within the church. Each completed cycle in the LEAD track unlocks new ministry opportunities and greater levels of leadership responsibility within the church.

LEAD also functions as a lens through which ministry is planned and executed. Whether leading a Point Group, hosting an event, or mentoring someone, ministry leaders are encouraged to ask: How can I LEAD this person? Every interaction—be it a training, a class, or a simple conversation—should intentionally aim to Lead, Educate, bring Awareness, or Disciple others in their faith and calling.

    3D is the official discipleship ministry of LifePoint, designed to equip believers to grow spiritually and lead with purpose. It operates through Point Groups, timely messages, mentoring, authentic relationships, and intentional conferences—all with the goal of raising up true followers of Christ who live out their faith with clarity, conviction, and impact.
